Kanjo Music ("the app") is a free background-music player for restaurants and small businesses, published by Kanjo. This policy explains what the app collects and why.
What we collect
- Email address. When you register, the app sends your email address to our servers so we can create your free account and may contact you about Kanjo products. This is the only personal information the app collects.
What we do not collect
- We do not collect your location.
- We do not use advertising identifiers or serve ads.
- We do not include third-party analytics or tracking SDKs in the app.
- Your music files stay on your device. Audio you add or that ships with the app is stored locally in the app's private storage and is never uploaded.
How we use your email
- To register and identify your free account.
- To contact you about Kanjo products and services for restaurants and small businesses.
We do not sell your email address or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How it is stored and protected
Your email is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored on our cloud infrastructure (Amazon Web Services, US region). Access is limited to Kanjo.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your email until you ask us to remove it. To request deletion of your data, email privacy@getkanjo.com and we will delete your record.
Children
The app is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
