Looking for work
Staff Card

Make a clean little résumé card with your role, experience and a phone number — then share it as a QR code or a link. Owners scan it and you are saved straight into their address book.

Ready in two minutes
Pick your role, add a short bio and where you have worked. That is the whole form.
Share a QR or a link
Show the code on your phone, or text the link. One scan and the owner has you.
Photo + food handler card
Add a photo so owners remember you, and attach your food handler card — kept private and shared only after you’re hired.
Read in their language
Your card shows in the owner’s language — English, Spanish, Thai, Japanese and more.
Yours to update
Change your card any time with your edit link. The same QR always shows the latest.

Hiring

Open a job-seeker’s Staff Card from their QR code or link and save it to your Contacts under “looking for work” — a digital card that stays up to date. When you are ready to hire, start a process and track it on your board — no inbox, no spreadsheet.

Saved into your Kanjo Contacts
Each Staff Card lands beside your suppliers and repair people, in the “Staff” section.

Built on the Kanjo Contacts you have

How the two sides meet

No job board, no logins between you — just a card that passes from one phone to another.

1
Make a Staff Card
A job-seeker fills a short card — role, a line or two, a phone number — and gets a QR code and link.
2
The owner saves it
At a trial shift or over the counter, the owner scans the QR code — the digital card lands in their Contacts under “looking for work”.
3
Hire when ready
The owner starts a hiring process from the board and marks the candidate hired when it’s done.

Frequently asked

Is the Staff Card really free?
Yes. Making and sharing your Staff Card is free, with no app to install and no account to create — you can do it right in your browser.
How does an owner get my card?
Show your QR code on your phone or send your link. One scan saves you into the owner’s Contacts under “looking for work”.
What happens after an owner scans my card?
You appear in their address book beside their trusted suppliers. When they are ready to hire, they can start a hiring process and track it through to “hired”.
Do owners need a separate app to hire?
No. Hiring lives inside the same free Contacts an owner already uses — it just adds a board for the people they are talking to.
Is my food handler card private?
Yes. You capture it once, but it stays hidden on your card — you choose to share it with an employer only after you’ve been hired.
Start where you stand.
Make your card, or open your board — both are free, and both live in the browser.
